Receptions at The Grand include a four hour event time period. You may purchase additional time if you should wish. The doors are unlocked two hours prior to your event time for vendor set up.
Non food service event fees will be higher than those listed below and can only be calculated on an individual event basis. If the wedding is held at The Grand prior to the reception, the doors are unlocked three hours prior to event time.
Reception rental prices include, Round tables, chairs, table linens, set up and clean up, gift card container, use of champagne flutes & cake knife set for toast & cutting of the cake. Your name will appear on the marquee, and you will be “The main attraction”. A professional coordinator will be present to coordinate the events of the night and assist you with anything you should need.
